In this episode, we discussed the challenges managing at the intersection of multiple systems, whether presenting a value proposition to the buying group in a complex sale, or managing 35 operating companies in 115 cities across the US. Regardless of the situation, managing the long-term, lifecycle cost of a decision is always better in the long run than being fixated with the upfront cost or the immediate benefit.
