17-year-old Azar lives in a dying world where dreams are illegal because they offer too much hope. When she wakes up one morning to her parents’ disappearance, she comes to realize how little she knows about them and the resistance movement to which they belong.

Every other Thursday, join Elishia as she presents a new short story that she has produced and directed for the podcast, and then she’ll sit down with the author, taking the opportunity to chat about their piece, from the writing process through to narrating the finished product.
At the end of this mini-season of 10 episodes, hopefully Elishia will have learnt enough from the podcast herself, as she dips her toes in—attempting to write her own short story to narrate in the finale.
