Richard Ramirez began his reign of terror back in 1984 when he first moved to San Francisco. His first victim was a 9 year old girl named Mei Lung. Soon after, he moved down to Los Angeles, where he would later be known as "The Night Stalker"

Richard Ramirez had become a serial rapist & killer when his home invasions escalated throughout 1985.
