00:57:46 - Questions and Long Answers
Will the Infoplus LT be setting new year's resolutions for the company? What about OWTF resolutions?
Darin says “Themes” and here’s why
If rocks are "top priorities for the teams, expressed as 90 day projects" and those go well but the year is worse off, are the rocks not focused on the appropriate items? Or is that not the intended use of rocks?
I am curious, are the processes the same in creating rocks & scorecards? Who creates them? Defines milestones/targets? What level is the buy-in? Leadership? Team? Individual?
I think I'm also struggling to understand the balance between forming your thoughts *before* sharing or being a garden hose. As a team that values transparency, it seems like you guys err on the side of stream of consciousness or trying to unpack feelings together. I'm curious how each of you approach that. What do you bring to the team and when; especially Garden Hose James (who's def not on vacay)?
Followed by 5 great minutes of random conversation around proper use of brackets
None → “( )” → “[ ]” → “{ }”
