Carlos Rodriguez reflects on the importance of being supportive of youth that are questioning.  He has a wealth of experience in behavioral health working with complex cases and reminds parents that they are a significant influence on their kiddos.  As a Case Manager and Social Worker, he encourages parents to keep an open mind and engage their children, even when the conversation may seem unfamiliar.  He talks with Sukey Dominguez about microaggressions and how to improve communication both verbal and non-verbal to create a healthy environment for youth to develop.  In this episode, we some of the issues that LGBTQ+  youth face and offers tips to help families and the community at large.
