We have made it to the season one finale! This week we watched "The Erlenmeyer Flask" and this episode has it all: Car chases! Alien viruses! Deep Throat! We discuss how this episode lays the foundation for The X Files' interesting and frequently convoluted mythology episodes, and have a long discussion about the science of the alien bacteria and/or virus.
