I had a great chat with the legend Lachlan Fyfe the founder of Cali-Fit Gyms. Lachlan owns two gyms, runs an online store and has competed on Australia's Ninja Warrior & Ultimate Tag. He is a shining example of someone who has completely turned their life around through finding purpose. I have been lucky enough to train alongside Lachlan over the past few months and cant wait to continue my journey of self growth at his gyms.
