This week we have two guests joining us to give us the low down on what is happening not just in Melbourne, but other capitals across the nation.

We got special guests Brant Williams from Peritum Property with over 20 years experience in the game. He runs a boutique buyers agency in Melbourne specialising in local assets.
Then we have Hamish McIntosh, Head of Property of OneHaven who has spent the last 10 years since finishing up in the AFL working in the "new" property space, specialising in off the plan opportunities across the nation.
