This week we have Jake Sgarbossa on the show. Jake was recently appointed Head of Commercial at Freedom Commercial. This is a new division for the My Mortgage Freedom network and one they think there will be huge uplift in with the majority of the waves beginning to settle in 2024.

Commercial asset classes are not going anywhere. Contrary to popular belief a few years ago, the right assets are now more sought after than most residential asset classes.
