Today we traveled to Brooklyn, NY to visit the Rustik Tavern which is owned by Queens native Frantz Metellus. The Manager Rudy Charles also joined us...we talked about the restaurant, the neighborhood and they shared a very funny story. Come down to 471 Dekalb Ave in Brooklyn to check out this amazing comfort food destination. The beer we sipped on was Brew York from Ithaca Brewing Company. It is a 5.3% very approachable Pale Ale made with NY ingredients.
