Today we traveled to Prime 16 in Pelham, NY to speak with the owner, our friend Dave. We sipped on Burlington Beer Company’s Petal Prophecy which is a Honey IPA (6%ABV). We spoke about Dave’s entree into the bar and restaurant industry and the opening of Prime 16. We highly recommend this spot for their tasty menu and amazing selection of craft beer.
