In this episode we traveled to the East Village of NYC to visit our friend TJ Provenzano who is the proprietor of Mayanoki which is a sustainable sushi restaurant. They have 2 seatings per night Wednesday thru Sunday. We sipped on KCBC’s Straphanger Lager as we learned about the beginnings of Mayanoki and got to know Chef Jeff.
