Learn from “Women on the Move”
This episode is a collaboration with the Women on the Move Mentorship Programme as part of their International Women’s Day campaign 2024. We will dive into the concept of gender-transformative transport and explore how everyone can contribute to building a more inclusive and gender-neutral transport system.
Dr. Sheilah shares inspiring insights, a Remarkable Feminist Voice 2023 and a professor at the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines. Dr. Sheilah is also a mentor in the Women on the Move program, supporting youth women in their path of the transport sector to make a positive change for a more sustainable system.
Patricia Mariano, from Women on the Move team, will provide insights into the mentorship program and its impact on empowering women in transportation.
