We are  joined this week by the middle child (technically) of the Donis Brother Trio, the three siblings running and managing the Donis Investment Group. Jeffrey is a real estate investor and syndicator specifically in Class B multi-family, having started out with single family only three short years ago. Now they are partnered on over 1k multifamily apartment units their target markets including Florida, Georgia,, and their home base of North Carolina. On this episode we talk to Jeffrey a lot about how he got his start and his motivation, which is always interesting, but especially considering Jeffrey is only 21.
