Vimal is currently the VP of Performance at Merkle EMEA with a strong background in media.

I have always been quite outspoken about my viewpoints on the media industry when it comes to the client fee structure, the culture, and the hiring process; and it was really refreshing to hear someone in a senior position agree and voice similar thoughts.

Vimal and the Merkle team are trying to change the way the standard agency works on many levels and we went on many tangents that I absolutely loved.
