In today's pod-episode I sat down with Mmane Boikanyo, she describes herself as a young dynamic passionate black lady whose aim is to go above and beyond what her circumstances wanted to dictate. I came to admire her story and how humble she remains. Mmane became one of the youngest people to occupy a managerial role at 25 as a Marketing Manager, in her former employment. Now she is the Head of Marketing & Communications. In this podcast we spoke about how she's been able to carve a very successful career journey. From sacrifices, difficult life experiences and being able to convert it all to her own real power. Mmane tells of how she derived her confidence from all that she went through and now she can walk into spaces dominated by men and other races, and still lead with confidence. Enjoy today's episode.
