She is a practicing educational leader, author, speaker, adjunct professor, and advocate for education. She currently serves as the NAESP State Representative for Oregon, is an NAESP Fellow, and is the COSA President Elect. Rachael is an all around girl boss! She has a new book coming out this winter called She Leads: The Woman’s Guide to a Career in Educational Leadership.
