We are so much more. We discuss and explore a plethora practical tools and strategies to get through disappointment and difficult experiences.

Sierra shares her network and team in NYC and recalls Tyne Daly's advice that "Theatre is a team sport."

We then go into a wonderful discussion about finding our purpose and how freeing that is.

Finally, Sierra gets REAL. I'm talking, down right vulnerable about how she came to learn her personal mantra "You are enough, you are so enough, it's unbelievable how enough you are."
