Nicole has worked in church ministry almost 25 years and has authored 3 books and published numerous articles in the Huffington Post and The Witness: a Black Christian Collective. Nicole will be releasing a new book in the Spring: A Parent's Guide to Fostering Identity with Mixed Race Children.
