The show starts with Julie and Corey talking about building a strong leadership team and what goes into the whole process. After Ian joins, the three talk about EOS and how it applies to small business. Ian talks about gamifying and engaging the leadership team and creating cohesion. They then cover goals setting and metrics and how important it is to measure your progress before the end. Finally, Julie, Ian, and Corey discuss understanding team skills and capacity limitations.
