Helen is 47 years old and has been both competing and participating in Holiday on Ice - a huge and impressive figure skating show that travels around the world. Today Helen skates on a daily basis and has been participating at the Winter World Masters Games in Innsbruck in 2020 which is a competition for 30+ Year Olds. The inspiration Helen brings with her participation in the sport is something the vaulting community could take a look at to support the sport amongst adults and develop it further.
