Kevin joined Freshworks from Automation Anywhere, and prior to that, spent 5.5 years with ServiceNow from 2014-2020. Kevin has also led product marketing teams at top technology companies such as Symantec and VMware and has expertise in IT operations, security, and enterprise mobility.
