Sandra D’Souza is the Founder and CEO of Ellect.


Sandra has built a career on breaking barriers and building pathways for women in leadership. She’s a business leader, entrepreneur, and changemaker who knows how to turn vision into action.


Ellect is a platform launched on International Women’s Day in 2019 to drive gender equality and diversity in business and on boards, aligned with the United Nations’ Global Goal number 5.


She is a proven business leader with 20+ years’ experience across finance, media, IT, and strategy, holding key roles at MTV Europe, Telstra, News Corp, and UBS.


Sandra also has a very impressive entrepreneurial track record, founding Curate Bee Digital Marketing Agency in 2012 and successfully exiting via acquisition in 2018.


In her book, From Bias to Equality, Sandra shares strategies for innovation and profitability through true gender balance.
