This episode we chat with Paul McLeay from the Australian Distillers Association, the peak industry body for Australian craft distillers.
The association looks to promote the industry in all forms by strengthening the community through education and training both internal and external, along with being the advocates for improvements to standards and policies that have an impact on the industry.
We really enjoyed this chat as it was in a lot of ways a real eye opener to the issues and challenges that are being faced by distillers day by day but also the opportunities the are out there for an industry that continues to work together.
