What a pleasure to sit down and chat with Paul Burnett from 23rd Street Distillery.

23rd street is not unknown to me but gee haven't they been flying under the radar.

It was very refreshing to learn about the history and the achievements of this distillery with a massive range of products and what appears to be a focus on quality throughout the process.

Naturally we were able to taste the whisky and were very impressed with what they have on offer. definitely jump on this if you get a chance!
