Burnie & PC sit down with one of Manitoba's finest officials over the past generation: Pat Gagnon of Brandon, Manitoba. Pat is a former Level VI official who worked a variety of national tournaments, as well as the WHL. He talks about his career and dishes out some words of wisdom for up-and-coming officials.
