With all the chaos brought to the world of golf by the LIV tour, the sport was in a desperate need of a shake-up!! With that in mind, Tiger Woods & Rory McIlroy are looking to pioneer TGL - a golf league that's centered around technology, expected to begin in 2025!
In this week's episode of the pod, we discuss this "new-age" version of the game that promises shorter game times, a more immersive fan experience, filled with a ton of new-gen sports tech - including a 64-ft screen and a moving chipping and putting arena!! Add to that a high-profile bunch of owners, and one starts to believe that maybe this is the future of golf?! Or will it all just be a fad, that eventually falls flat? Well here's our thoughts on the matter!
