Well hello there, babes. Welcome back to Your Place or Mine, hosted by Jessie Olsen.  In this episode, I find out mid-way through that it turns out I'm still in the pit. TW: this is a very heavy and bleak episode, if you're having a bad mental health day or week, maybe skip this for now.  

I didn't release an episode last week as my mental health was in a really rough place, and I know I wasn't alone, it's been a tough start to the month. The intention of this episode was to share a bit about where I'm at, but it unfortunately spiralled into all the reasons I'm still very much in the pit. I almost scrapped it and didn't upload, but in the spirit of transparency, here's where I'm at. **Update, I have appointments booked with 2 more therapists next week so fingers crossed!
