We hear the word boundaries pretty often, but what do boundaries really look like? How can we implement them kindly or know when to set them? What we don’t always realize is that establishing healthy boundaries is inextricably linked to our expectations. We may want to “set a boundary” but it might help to look inward at our expectations!
