❤️🩹Mental Health Monday continues! 😊This past week I recalled something from childhood that I'd like to share. My desire is to encourage remembering your MH progress and experiences (good or bad) and how they molded you into who you are. Sometimes we can be afraid of change, however, we have had many moments where positive change occurred and the darkness around you dissipated into a memory. Remembering positive growth brings relief, motivation, and strength!
