It's become quite fashionable to fling memes or the odd sappy tick tock about with this line in it.

The line belongs to an old poem that floats to the top every now and then.

I didn't think a lot of it, (though I didn't hate it!) and so used it as a basis for a rewrite of sorts.

This version was what I felt was more accurate for my tastes.
