Bruxy Cavey is teacher and pastor who’s drawn 1000’s to an irreligious message of Jesus. Yet he’s not a typical “A type” senior leader we often see in churches. He is firmly about peacemaking and pacifism, soft spoken, introverted, and is known to wear a Blackberry phone on his hip when he preaches. We discuss his approach to communication- right down to the clothes he wears- and he speaks about his work to uplift and activate the voices of women as communicators of Good News in our times. A wise and thoughtful conversation recorded in person just before the pandemic shut down in March, lean in and consider the perspectives of Pastor Brux.
