This is Behind the Beards. Where we will pull the curtain back, take a look behind the scenes and reveal the things that go on in the hearts and minds of your church and ministry leaders. This season we are looking for new ways to prepare ourselves and our people for the Christian life. As a staff, we have been working through "Emotionally Healthy Discipleship" by Peter Scazzerro.
