A school’s climate is important to the families and the entire faculty. It is imperative that the leader understand that the teachers and other team members need to connect with each other and at some point have fun together. Knowing each other, working together, and creating workplace friends will assist the teacher and administrator in creating a climate that inspires teachers to focus on helping kids achieve their dreams.
