We just completed our bonus season episodes 32 through 42.

The last two months were on warp speed! I had to stop the podcast and go inward for some recovery and recalibrate to affirm I what I am really meant for more. It was time to listen inward and intuitively understand what I needed to do next.

Back in May, I created the last podcast of a bonus season and it was a hand it's a raw one. It’s episode 42 just before this one. I think it's important to recognize the rawness of racial trauma and my responsibility as a part of the women of colour conversation that we all need to tune into.

As I still am in the process of "reflect and reset", I created season seven with you in mind.
