Each month starts with a new theme and 4 different types of episodes:

Week 1 - Book blurbs: where we discuss an influential text for those interested in self-healing that we've found to be impactful.

Week 2 - Practical Magick: a deep dive into an aspect of magick, how to use it in your life and a guided spell.

Week 3 - Shadow Work: the process of acknowledging, honoring, healing and integrating the parts of ourselves that are stuck in trauma or we actively deny.

Week 4 - Reflection: We do all of the work that we discuss throughout the month so when it comes to an end we get together to discuss the process and impact of that work together.  We also pull two tarot cards that decide the next month's theme.
