Welcome to the very first episode of this podcast. This short 10-min episode talks about facing the feelings of worthlessness you may face every day rather than pushing it under the rug and hoping that it will cure by itself in time. You can listen to this anywhere at anytime, when you're getting ready for work, commuting for work, jogging and commuting back. I do not recommend when listening when you go to bed as it might stimulate your brain to start combating this feeling by doing things that you should do instead of sleeping! Definitely not for yoga and meditation too .... This is a personal podcast made by me where every episode will talk about what I have felt through the stages of my life, what I went through, what did I do to overcome them and how do I keep myself grounded and not fall into the black hole again. I just would like to share that if anybody has gone through what I have gone through, I hope that this podcast will assure you that you are not alone in your fight.
