"Thus far, this project is self-funded. We want to continue to invest in accessibility of the website and the podcast and promotion of the content as well as hiring a producer. My dream is to one day be able to pay each guest who comes on the podcast because disabled people have done too much for free for too long.

So far I have worked with a virtual assistant who has designed the website, a disabled illustrator to develop the podcast artwork and a disabled freelance accessibility expert to do an audit website to make sure all disabled people can access the content. Each one of these amazing woman has been paid for their work.

This project is so much bigger than me doing a podcast and bogging. It is about providing some much-needed representation for the disabled community and highlighting the issues we face every day. If you are able to contribute towards this project I will be forever grateful." Emma
