Continuing on our mission to bring you a non-preachy, realistic insight into ways we can improve our relationship with fitness and nutrition – this is the episode we wished we’d listened to years ago! If we had, it might just have saved us years worth of harmful exercise obsessions coupled with dieting extremes and fixations. Most importantly, we shed light on why Resistance Training is one of the most amazing things you can do for your body, mind and soul and the potential reasons why so many of us still give it a wide birth!
 
Is it lack of education as to its numerous benefits or is the world of Resistance Training still plagued by too many outdated and unhelpful myths?  We endeavour to debunk these myths based on the science behind Resistance Training but also draw on our own experiences and discoveries.
