In this episode of Bad Witches Only, I am joined by a very special guest -- Brenna Ardron of Spiritum Meditation! In this conversation, Brenna and I dive into human design and what it is like for us to live our designs as Manifesting Generators. Brenna begins by giving us a brief introduction into what human design is.   • Acting from faith in times of fear. Being deeply aware of when we are making decisions from a fear-based place, and the importance of grounding ourselves in faith as we navigate that.
  • The importance of following what lights us up, and how as Man Gen's, THAT is what opens us up to the opportunities that we are then meant to respond to. 
  • Balancing commitment and discipline. As well as reflecting on our relationship with being "flaky." 
  • Granting ourselves the grace of allowing ourselves to try things on and let things go, even as business owners. 
  • The act of contemplation, as mentioned in the Gene Keys, and how contemplation can be an extremely potent practice. 
  • Having a BUNCH of passions as a Manifesting Generator and how we work with that energy.
  • Manifesting as a Manifesting Generator and what that process has looked like for us.
  • The importance of cultivating presence.
