Today we have a very special guest, Ms. Aarti Kelshikar. Ms. Kelshikar is the author of two books based on the converging themes of leadership and cultural effectiveness.

She was educated at the Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics and the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
