Episode highlights:
04:14 – When you’re not organized, and when you have no sense of direction, your life just turns into complete chaos. At this point I was lost.
12:37 – I realized how far out of the hole I was. I was even further ahead than I thought I would be. I surpassed the goals I had set before, and I needed new ones.
19:26 – I realized that all these Gammas are helping people - people like me, people like them. And that became a purpose for me too. I want to help people that are like me, with my background.
23:55 – There are people it affects a long term. But you need to forgive yourself. You want to blame anybody that you can, but forgiving yourself is truly the first step in moving forward.
30:20 – Being aware, for me, is No. 1. – Put your phone down. Look at where you’re at, and be present. And look at the things that make the people you love who they are. And when those things start shifting, you’ll see something is going on, so you’ll be able to identify it and then to address it.
