We often over promise and under deliver in our life. This may not cause problems, but when it comes to relationship especially the intimate one's, this is a HUGE mistake. When we make a promise, we create HOPE, when we keep up the promise, the HOPE is getting converted into TRUST. When we don't keep up the promise, the HOPE is translated into UNTRUSTWORTHY or in worst cases BETRAYAL!

Next time, when you feel urged to promise, hold it for a second and think more than once before committing to it!
