She talks about what its like being a business owner and how she started her very first salon and how she got to where she is today. She talks about how much she has grown and how much experience she has gained through the years. She also tells some horror stories about how downfalls of being the boss and how people have screwed her over in the past. We also take it back to how we all became friends and talk about some of our high school experiences with each other.
