Making the decision to live differently and trade in the conventional for a life that is more intentional is not always easy. Changing our external environment doesn't always mean we'll find what we are looking for. It's important to develop the capacity for deep self-love and compassion and build the life you desire from that place. Over the past 13 years, I have immersed myself in self-study, attending seminars, meditation retreats, reading loads of books, and taking countless courses. In addition to my self-study, I'm also a trained yoga therapist and have worked with clients to overcome, anxiety, mental blockers, and limiting beliefs.
