In 1 Samuel, Israel pleaded Samuel for a King. They wanted someone who could protect them, simple because they suddenly became fearful of a neighboring nation. What they had forgotten is that God had gone before them and fought every battle before they went into battle. Could we be like Israel in the United States? Could the chaos, adversity, riots, disease and more simply be a people group demanding a king? In the midst of it all, how do we choose to be simple people? In this episode, we're going over it all.
