How can educators help increase resilience, emotional agility, critical thinking and prepare students for success in life? What does success even look like? In the second part of my interview with Kelly Tenkely, she challenges us to ask the question, "is our education system valuing test scores above our kids?" Kelly reminds us that "learning is an abundant resource" and asks if we are preparing our kids to live outside the education system or if we are merely preparing them for the next stage of school.
