I’m going to guess that at some point today, you’ve written a ‘to do’ list. So have I. And I’ll let you into a little secret, I’ll almost definitely put half of the tasks off until tomorrow which means that there is a high chance they will never be done or will be completed in a mad panic 3 seconds before their deadline. Why do we procrastinate? Well there is a science to it, a reason behind the perfectionism and way around it all.
