The mere word "Apothecary" can seem daunting, or even pretentious, but it just feels more authentic than "herb collection". This is a quick primer about how you can set up your very own Apothecary or Witch's Cabinet, starting with a few herbs and spices you probably already have in your kitchen spice cabinet. Think of it as a jumping off point if you've ever been interested in starting your own Witch's Cabinet or Apothecary.
