In honour of Women's History Month and International Women's Day, we have decided to discuss our biases: the ones we want to break and the ones we unlearnt over the years. We are discussing everything from mentoring all the way to modelling masculine behaviours to feel a sense of belonging when working in male dominated environments. You will hear our team reflect on what they wish they had done differently and their desire to trust the 'sometimes daunting and painful' process.
